1. Scope of Services

Sino-Elite is a registered Chinese travel service provider licensed to operate inbound tourism for international travelers. We offer curated travel concierge packages including but not limited to hotel arrangements, transportation, assistants, and customized trip planning in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

We act as a travel coordinator and service integrator, working with third-party suppliers such as hotels, drivers, and interpreters.


2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm services.

  • Payments can be made securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments.

  • Prices may vary based on availability, travel season, or requested customization.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the Customer

If you choose to cancel your confirmed trip, the following refund terms apply:

  • More than 30 days before trip start:
    100% refund minus any actual third-party non-refundable costs (e.g. visa fees, ticket bookings, deposits).

  • 21–30 days before trip start:
    80% of the total package price will be refunded.

  • 11–20 days before trip start:
    50% of the total package price will be refunded.

  • 10 days or less before trip start:
    10% of the total package price will be refunded.

  • No-show or same-day cancellation:
    No refund will be provided.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned via the original payment method.


3.2 Cancellation Due to Visa Denial

If your visa is denied, we will refund your payment minus visa application costs and any non-refundable reservations already made.


3.3 Force Majeure

If the trip must be canceled due to unforeseen events beyond control (e.g., natural disaster, war, government restrictions, pandemic), Sino-Elite will refund any unspent portion after deducting actual costs already incurred. We will also assist in requesting refunds from suppliers.


4. Itinerary Changes

  • By the Client:
    Requests for changes (date, services, cities) must be made in writing and may incur additional charges depending on the supplier flexibility.

  • By Sino-Elite:
    In rare cases, we may adjust itineraries due to force majeure or supplier availability, and will communicate such changes in advance.


5. Responsibilities

  • Client responsibilities:
    Travelers must comply with Chinese laws, respect local customs, and ensure that personal information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Sino-Elite responsibilities:
    We are committed to delivering high-quality concierge travel services and ensuring clear communication. However, we are not liable for service failures or delays caused by third-party vendors outside our control.
