Refund Policy – Sino-Elite Concierge Services

We appreciate your trust in Sino-Elite and strive to deliver premium concierge experiences for all international guests in China. Our refund policy reflects the nature of personalized travel services and our commitment to clear communication.

🔹 General Policy:

All services are custom-arranged and may include hotel bookings, transportation, bilingual assistants, and guided activities. As these services are often prepaid and time-sensitive, our cancellation and refund terms apply as follows:

🔹 Cancellation Timeline:

Cancellation Date Before Trip Start Refund Amount
More than 30 days 100% refund (minus transaction fees)
15–30 days 50% refund
7–14 days 25% refund
Less than 7 days Non-refundable

Please note that bank and processing fees may apply.

🔹 Non-Refundable Components:

The following components are non-refundable once confirmed with suppliers:

  • Hotel bookings during public holidays or peak season

  • Customized itinerary design and trip consultation fees

  • Upgraded entertainment or SPA bookings

  • Flights, unless specified by airline terms

🔹 No-Show or Early Departure:

No refunds will be provided in case of no-shows, unused services, or early checkouts.

🔹 Modifications:

We strive to accommodate changes whenever possible. Please contact our concierge at book@sino-elite.com or via WeChat at least 7 days in advance to request modifications. Change requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

🔹 Force Majeure:

In the event of government restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, or other force majeure situations, we may offer rescheduling or partial credits at our discretion.
