Cancellation & Refunds
Yes, you may cancel your booking. However, cancellation charges will apply depending on how many days remain before your scheduled trip begins. Please refer to our refund policy below.
Refunds are processed based on the time of cancellation:
- More than 30 days before trip: 100% refund (minus any non-refundable fees)
- 21–30 days before trip: 80% refund
- 11–20 days before trip: 50% refund
- 10 days or less before trip: 10% refund
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund
Refunds are issued within 15 business days via your original payment method.
If your visa application is denied, we will refund your package cost after deducting any visa application fees and other confirmed non-refundable costs (e.g., hotels, drivers).
Date or service changes can be requested, subject to availability and supplier flexibility. Additional charges may apply depending on the request timing and confirmed bookings.
If travel is canceled due to unforeseen force majeure events (like a government ban, pandemic, war, or natural disaster), we will refund the remaining balance after deducting actual costs already incurred and help you request supplier refunds.
